As a
conference center, Bon Secours Spiritual Center has two large
conference rooms which can hold up to 150 persons each, as well as
several smaller meeting room s
and also informal rooms that feature comfortable seating areas for
a more relaxed atmosphere. The staff can arrange meeting
rooms to your specifications and provide audio visual equipment
required by your group. A full time environmental staff is on hand
to insure that all meeting and sleeping rooms are clean and fully
equipped, as well as ADA compliant.
The 65 bedr ooms
are private (some with double beds) and most provide magnificent views
of the country-side. Each guest room features a sink, bed, chest of
drawers, desk and chair, and closet. Bathrooms are shared, but
there are private shower and bath stalls.
The entire building is air conditioned for
your comfort and the windows also open so that you can enjoy a
cool breeze.
Meals
are served daily by an efficient and well-trained catering staff,
which can also prepare special trays for socials. (Breakfast at 8
am, lunch at noon, dinner at 6 pm)

If you wish to make an individual reservation please contact the
Center at 410-442-1320. Visa and Master Card are accepted for
individual retreats, but not for group events. A deposit of 20%
will hold your event date and the balance is due upon arrival.
Please note that in
consideration of our guests who come to Bon Secours for
reflection, quiet, and a time away from their hectic daily lives,
we have designated our Center as an adult environment (no
children under age 18). Pets are prohibited, except for
service animals for the handicapped.
The
Center staff is flexible and every effort is made to accommodate requests. We look forward to working with you to schedule
a date for your group or yourself.
Center
Amenities Bookstore/Data
Port/Library - Located on the lower level is a combination
Bookstore, Library and Data Port area (computers, printers and
laptop ports for guests' use). Volunteers staff the Bookstore and
the usual hours are 12:30 pm to 3:00 pm on an unscheduled
basis. Chapel
- The Chapel is on the main floor in the center of the
building. Mass is ordinarily at 11:00 am Monday through Sunday.
(please call the Center before arrival for daily mass) Business
Services - Copy and Fax services are available at the
Center for a nominal fee.
Fitness Center - Located on the lower level
... Hours are 6:00 am - 10:00 pm daily for guests of the
Center. Food
- You are most welcome to bring your own food/snacks. There is
a refrigerator, freezer, and microwave available for guests' use
in the main floor kitchenette. Alcoholic beverages
are not supplied by the Center but groups may bring their own. Grounds
- The Center's 313 acres are available for hiking, walking,
bird watching and relaxing. Laundry
- A coin-operated washer and dryer (ironing board and iron)
are available for your use on the lower level of the Center. Pond
- Our beautiful pond is a wonderful place to relax and
reflect. Pool
- The outdoor pool is open in season between 7:30 am - 7:30 pm
daily.
Vending
- Soda and candy machines, along with a microwave, are
available at all times on the lower level. |
