Home Health Care

• Assist in the health care parish liaison ministry.
• Help make available resources and opportunities for health education and health screening for persons and their families in cooperation with five parishes in southwest Baltimore.
• Facilitate referrals to physicians and other care providers and assist the sick in understanding and accessing the health care resources.

Bon Secours Women's Resource Center

• Network with local and city businesses to identify employment opportunities.
• Matching skills and experience of women seeking employment assistance.
• Assist women to prepare for employment, i.e. development of a resume, plan for interview, etc.
• Identify and coordinate recreational activities for guests.

Bon Secours Family Support Center

• Assist in providing skills that motivate and encourage parents, provide information, alternatives and resources to men and women that will enable them to effectively make basic life choices.
• Assist young families to experience support and hospitality while establishing positive connections with others in the community.
• Help provide Adult Basic Education and Computer Training

• Providing access to appropriate healthcare services
• Providing information and resources
• Providing case management services
