What We Do
Bon Secours Young Adults - International
A Special Community
Our young adult ministry offers powerful opportunities to connect with like-minded peers. It is open to all individuals between the ages of 18-39. Currently, our largest young adult ministries are in the United States and Ireland. There are, however, opportunities to join in the work of the Sisters of Bon Secours all around the world!
A Charism-Based Mission
The charism, or gift, of compassion, healing, and liberation is at the heart of all that we do. Through our Young Adult Ministry, individuals work together to make their communities better. They also become more globally conscious in the areas of faith and justice and seek out ways in which to walk together in hope. We accompany them in discovering their unique vocation within the global Church and give opportunities for them to contribute to building up the common good, both locally and globally.
Growing Together in Faith
Our young adults also support each other in their spiritual journeys. Local groups join together in prayer, laughter, creativity, and hope. Bon Secours Young Adults are also invited to retreats and ongoing educational activities – both in person and virtually. During these encounters we affirm our faith, build our skills as faith-based leaders, and grow in friendship.
